This policy clarifies what is expected of buyers in terms of conduct and behaviour. If buyers fail to meet these standards, sellers are encouraged to report this as a concern.

In special circumstances, we give you the option to make reasonable and limited requests. However, sellers are not obligated to fulfil any requests that are outside of their terms.
We will not tolerate unreasonable or excessive demands. We strongly oppose any use of the threat of negative feedback in order to make demands on the seller.
Leaving inappropriate feedback

It is essential to make sure you know the return policy of a listing before making a purchase. We strongly suggest sellers include their return policy in their listings.

After intentionally bidding in an auction to reveal another user's reserve price or proxy bid, retractions will no longer be allowed.
